The perfect accent wall for our dining room. Just enough of a mid century feel without being too kitschy. NOTE: the gold is slightly metallic and the background is definitely white - which I was very happy about since the online photo looked more like mustard color chain on an ivory background.

I both love and hate this paper. It is SO CUTE and it makes me happy when I walk into the room. I used it on an accent wall and painted the other walls a matching turquoise color. The part I hate is that it is supposed to be pre-pasted and therefore easy to hang. I have substantial wallpapering experience. I followed the instructions closely (vague as they are — “prepare the walls”). The paper would NOT STICK. I called Wayfair and they suggested I prime the wall. I did and still it DID NOT STICK. After searching the web, I concluded the only solution, other than chucking my whole design idea, was to use wallpaper paste. I was trying to avoid that and that’s why I searched “pre-pasted” paper. Anyway, that finally worked. Save yourself some time and do the following: prime the wall with wallpaper primer and then use wallpaper paste.
