Mirror has been a time saver for my husband when he shaves. I have not had to recharge since it has been installed 3 weeks ago.

I've had this installed for 6 weeks (just over the 30-day return window), and the light has stopped working. I plugged it in to recharge it, and there was a loud pop, and the light died completely (won't even turn on when plugged in). The light in the photo is "on", and as you can see, there's 0 light coming out of the ring. Since I'm just outside of the return window, customer service won't send out a replacement (I asked for a replacement, not a refund, which they also won't do). Really upset about the faulty product and the unprofessional customer service. They were unhelpful, lacked empathy, and were unwilling to find a reasonable resolution.

I appreciate the variety of colors the mirror has as options and is user friendly

Great bathroom mirror! Sturdy, convenient and love the lighting options! Great addition to my bathroom!

Perfect light up mirror! Although we needed stronger screws or what ever they are called for the wall!
