9826 Follow up review So after my review, I did reach out to the company for a replacement I was first offered a discount, but I really wanted a replacement for one pillow. They agreed to a replacement and I just received it today. They actually sent another set not just one. To me that goes above and beyond. I have the pillowcases in the wash and the pillow inserts in the dryer. I am bumping my review up to five stars for customer service and for quality. If for some reason, it changes, I will repost again. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again as they back their product and their product looks and feels great. 82026 Original review I love this pair of apple green pillows with pom-pom edge! The order arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged. The inserts were vacuum packed. I followed the instructions to put them in the dryer on high for 10 minutes to re-fluff them and that did exactly what it was supposed to. They are full and fluffy with some firmness. The fabric is smooth and soft to the touch, not shiny. The zipper is well hidden and fairly easy to open. The instructions on the pillow cases were to wash first and tumble dry on low. I did so but lost a pom-pom in the wash cycle and some of the others look a bit compromised. I’m not happy about that because the pom-pom that was lost is actually on the top of the pillow so it is noticeable there are others that look like they are just hanging by a thread so I’m not sure about the longevity of the pom-poms, which is disappointing.. I initially thought I was ordering one full pillow, including the insert, but it turned out to be a set of two covers. At first, I was a bit disappointed since I was planning to replace my old pillows entirely. That said, I ended up reusing the filling from my old ones, and it actually worked out really well. I placed them in a different area than originally planned, and they fit perfectly. No need to spend extra, and they look full and well shaped. I’ll admit I didn’t have high expectations for the brand, but I was genuinely surprised. The material is extremely soft, comfortable, and feels much better than expected. What I appreciate the most is the practicality. Being able to remove and wash the covers anytime is a big advantage. That is something I could not do with my previous pillows, and it makes a real difference for everyday use. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Great value, better than expected quality, and a smart upgrade for my space. That said, I ended up using filling from old pillows I already had, so I didn’t need to purchase inserts separately, and that worked out perfectly. The price definitely made the difference. I was able to get them for $29, which is a great deal, when retail price is normally $79. Wayfair really delivered on value there.
