I purchased two of these to put them outside in my backyard. I left them in the pot it came with and put them in larger pots with more rocks on top. The pot is solid and heavy and fits perfectly in my existing planter. I really like that the height is adjustable which allows me to customize the appearance with easily movable rubber rings. The topiary arrives in a square box so the foliage needs to be fluffed and adjusted initially upon opening - just be careful doing this as I got a little aggressive with one of the balls and accidentally loosened it off of the pole.
