Original clock was received damaged. Replacement clock sent was the wrong model clock, so I needed to return that to the manufacturer. Third time (whole process took an extra couple of weeks), I finally received the correct clock in new condition that I had originally ordered. To be honest I really wanted the clock with the Roman numbers but because it was out of stock I thought to give this one a chance to see if I liked it. I LOVE IT! is so beautiful and the sound is not loud but yet calming. Somehow it helps me concentrate. I have it in our office and it looks just beautiful, clean, elegant.
