I ordered this Wilta Metal 9- hook freestanding coat rack with storage for my new condo entrance where I have limited room. I chose this one in particular not only because of the style but the price was definitely a great value for the features, size and style. I was not expecting much for that modest price but was honestly pleasantly surprised by what I received after it was assembled. It is not heavyweight but the design is good for keeping the wider base on the ground and balanced. It came in a smallish box which concerned me but it was simple to put together in about 15 minutes my myself. The 2 "wood" platforms are obviously just laminated plywood/mdf but look fine once it is all assembled. I ended up taking part of it back apart to install a decorative vintage look bucket on the larger lower base to hold things like umbrellas and gloves. I may do the same again to install a smaller metal basket on the upper smaller wood platform for keys, etc. adding the decorative bucket elevated the look and gave it more weight on the bar as well. There are plenty of hooks for dog leashes, purses and jackets and it is small enough to fit in my small entryway but stable enough to not worry about balancing the items I hang on it compared to some more expensive coat trees I have had in the past. I have it 4 stars because it isn't going to fill anyone into thinking it is a high end designer rack with visible color matched screws connecting the short black tubes of the frame. A great value for the price for a rental where I don't want to invest in high end pieces that might not fit in the next place.

Very impressed! Im not using it as a coat rack, but would work perfectly as one. Obviously it is able to hold some weight on each shelf. It was easy to put together, took maybe 15mins tops. Very sturdy. I absolutely love it!

This corner coat rack is just what I was looking for! The shelves are perfect size for purse or other and seems stable enough. The smaller lower hooks are perfect for keys or umbrellas on the coat off season.

When living in a small apartment, storage is always a problem. This coatrack is sitting just inside my entryway. It’s a perfect piece to leave a hat, jacket, purse, etc. when coming in or going out. It seems pretty stable with the weight on it distributed evenly. I also love the clean lined modern look. Functional and fits right in.
