I am a huge fan of "organization tools" like gmhooms, shelves etc. so I was quite thrilled to try out this hook. It is great heavy duty quality - just make sure you attach it to the wall in the correct way. I accidentally dropped this on a 12 pk of soda while installing and it's so solid it split the side of a coke can on impact.

The small inserted paper talks about an installation video on the website, ha, good luck finding that. I spent a bit of time with no luck. I also tried searching the hook product number on a general internet search, but that didn't work. I was trying to find a guide or video because a couple things didn't make sense or were missing. Both guides sent talk about a mounting template. This was not in the box. There is a 'drill here' part that is in the guide but I have nothing that looks like that. The winged anchors which I took a picture of look nothing like the ones in the box. Am I supposed to break a tab off? I tried but they are pretty well attached. It does state that the mounting plate may be different, which it is. Overall, I really like the look and just installed it how I installed it. However, someone looking to install as suggested is likely to come across challenges. Pretty cool it is said to hold up to 35 pounds when installed correctly and in a wood stud.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very heavy duty hook that will last a long time. Super unique so I don’t feel like others will have it which is nice. The nickel finish is also very smooth so I don’t anticipate it chipping or losing luster.
