I like the modern look and sturdy construction. The hooks are able to move back and forth, which is a nice feature, but I wish there was a way to secure them in place. As far as I can tell, the hooks can just tilt up and pop out (easy to get in, but not ideal being so easy to get out). The items don't fall off, as you have to tilt it up to get it out. I purchased two hooks for my wall to double up. It comes with 4 hooks per bracket. Regarding installation, I have a few tips: 1) Mark where the studs are, then drill holes in the wall bracket using a 3/16" drill bit. 2) Place bracket on wall with level to ensure level and mark where holes should be on the wall. 3) Drill pilot holes in the wall and confirm there are studs at each of your hole locations. Adjust holes as needed to get a stud (I had to drill a 2nd hole at one location on the bracket to hit the stud). For pilot holes, I found the 5/32" drill bit worked best to get holes large enough in the stud to be able to screw in. Maybe try the 9/64" bit first to make sure you don't drill too large a hole for your studs.
