I really wanted to give this product a 5 it’s solid, easy to put together, color is great and seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I think I got a product that missed quality control, because there are several issues with the quality of the wood pieces gouges, knife marks, bits of wood sticking out, holes. Not sure what to think. A 3 is generous.

Perfect! So easy to put together, even my 8 year old was able to do it (with my direction). It’s very sturdy, and well made. I love how the top portion turns for easy access.

Exactly what I was looking for. Redoing our bathroom and I was looking for a towel rack but they were all too short and I didn’t want to have to fold wet towels to use it. This is tall and holds a lot of items. The details are really pretty and I love the color!

Good Sturdy Coat Rack. It deserves 5 stars if it came in perfect condition, however, one of the spindles came broken. The screw came out and never tightened. I managed to glue together, but don’t know if that will last long term rather than return it.

1010. I grabbed this rack to hold my purses by my front door, making it easy to grab and go. It’s very study and holds many more purses than I originally anticipated. Put together in about 20 minutes and it’s beautiful. The stain looks exactly like the photos and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.
