Very beautiful and very heavy piece. The hook is angular so this may be different than you expected but it does work for my needs.

I love these they do have a side type hook to them like in the picture. They can hold my kids book bags. We have our hooks attached to 1/2 inch ply wood to make sure these aren’t going to screw up our walls. I can put my PDR about five plus inch thick book hard text, my old college pharmacology book about another 3 inch book hard copy, 2 inch binders with paper in them, along with planners it won’t move. The detail on them is perfect. Style with heavy duty but again we attached plywood to our dry wall. I’m not redoing my dry wall. obviously to secure it properly this is needed if you want heavy duty hooks. This will last for my kids through college. I still have to paint but the durability is secure for sure. That was my number priority. Paint the easy part.

Very. Pretty but unfortunately it is too large for the application we intended. Will save and use else where!

The picture doesn’t show very well that the hook is off-center. I don’t know why anyone would want that!
