Two hooks broke off as soon as we set it up. The hooks are made of poor quality material and with a light shirt bent right off. The other two are about to brake off

My packaged shelf arrived in perfect condition. I am very proud of my shelf. It is very well made of real wood. The hanging hooks seem to be very sturdy. Im sure I will get years of use out of this product that exceeded my expectations.

This shelf is working nicely in our drop-zone. It is perfect to toss keys on or hang up a coat. It came already assembled and ready to hang. Hanging was a breeze. Although it was extremely easy to mount on the wall, I am questioning whether or not the 2 screws provided are sufficient support. Time will tell. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the grey paint used to paint the shelf was sloppily applied. There is grey paint on some areas of the wood, but It is hard to notice once on the wall.

I chose this Crowell Wall Mounted Coatrack because I felt it would go great in my mudroomlaundry room. The shelf material is actually Faux Concrete and not actually real. the mounting slots were not actually even, and because the mounting slot was not done correctly (by manufacturer) - it was difficult to get it properly aligned, but i finally figured it out ... good thing it wasnt REAL concrete. Nonetheless, it still looks great.

This is a nice, sturdy piece. The wood has an upscale rustic look and the concrete shelf looks clean and sleek. It was packaged nicely for shipping and is easy to hang with the hardware supplied. I gave it less one star because I do not think it is nice enough to be priced as high as it is. If money doesn’t matter that much to you, everything else is as expected and the wood is high quality. The hooks are also nicer than what typically comes with pre-fabricated items and although not iron, appear to be.
