These are very pretty and work very well in the room, I just wish they were a little more heavy-duty. These definitely will only be able to hold coats, no purses or bags with any heft. I had no problems installing with the included hardware, but in accordance with the above I wish it had come with more robust wall-anchors. The ones that come with it aren't very grabby. It also didn't come with instructions on what drill-bit to use. I used a 3/16 and it seemed to work well.

I love the hooks… however the screws are junk! As you can see in my picture. I was trying to get these evenly spaced, with little room for error. So when a screw head breaks off, and you have to move the hook over, it screws up the whole row.. and I had FOUR screw heads break off! Not pleased.
