I like it, but a hook snapped off with no force. I've sent in a photo but have not received any response. I just want a replacement hook.

Nice item, but the quality of the hooks is inferior. 3 of 5 hooks broke within a year, the metal they are made of is extremely soft. Not worth it unless hooks are upgraded. Contacted Wayfair and they would not assist in replacing the hooks, if though Latitude Run is their house brand.

Love this, absolutely what i was looking for and didnt know it. Easy to out together and install. I opted to swap the hooks. Love it!

The coat rack and shelves look great! It was easy assembly, I put it together and hung it by myself. Solid construction. Colors exactly like picture.

Fit perfectly in the space. Good quality and trust it to hold 4 or 5 heavy winter coats. One shelf is for gloves (the middle one). It looks nice, too. Price right, easy to assemble and hang. I recommend it.
