I would love to give them a five because they are beautiful, but it would be nice if they gave you the right tool to tighten. The Allen Wrench it comes with is too small and had to go find the right size to tighten it into place.

I think this is a very pretty hook. However, it didn't even come with the right sized allen wrench for installing it and the small bottom set screw is too large for the design and it's impossible to screw it all the way in so it doesn't protrude from the bottom. Someone needs to redesign these details.
