The hooks appear to be gold on the website, so I was surprised to open the package to find them looking like brushed nickel. The "champagne bronze" color name is misleading. That being said, Wayfair's customer service is the absolute best. I was able to speak to a real person on the phone within a minute of calling, and they happily accepted our return.
