Package doesn’t come with instructions. The pegs don’t fit very well into the holes either and the only way to attach them is with glue, but all instructions written on the glue are not in English. Had to return because I could tell it would not be able hold the weight of jackets. It did look nice though.

It'll work. It's definitely on the cheaper side of builds, but for the price, I am fine with it.
