The base of this is very easily damaged in shipping. The first one was completely broken in 2 pieces, and the second one has some chipping and a crack that is starting. Thankfully, its going to be sitting in one spot, so it shouldnt crack further, but we will see over time.

I bought this coat rack for towels in the bathroom. Works great for that purpose. A bit of whimsy for the room. I was concerned it may not be sturdy enough for my very large towels but the marble base makes it sturdy. I'm glad I bought it...

Terrible construction. Had to buy another part to stick the thing together. The screws that came with it would not stay together. They were already stripped. Too much hassle to return.
