This presents a dilemma - I'm happy with the product I ordered (5/5), but the packaging of the product was extremely annoying (2/5). It was wrapped so tight in plastic packaging it took me 20 minutes to get it open. Only 5 mins to install, 20 mins to unpack... see pics. I had to use tweezers AND needle nosed pliers AND scissors to get the bloody hooks out of the plastic!!! I can understand why they want to protect the finish, I'm not sure what it's called, but when they suck all the air out and the plastic is practically a second skin to the thing it's protecting, yet there is no access tab or zipped section that allows for easy unpacking. I hope to heck I don't need to buy another one. I love the simplicity of these hooks - I have them in another room and want to be consistent - but I really, REALLY hope I never have to order any more!!
