The rack is described as copper color, that was the reason I bought it and waited a long time for the item to get delivered, but it is doesn’t look copper color even remotely. I won’t be able to use it.

I like how this rack looks... however, it could be improved. First off, it needs to be packaged better. The box arrived damaged and open. One of the coat hook pieces was bent and dimpled. Fortunately, my husband was able to straighten it so that its not noticeable. For hanging, there are two small attached pieces with holes in them designed for screws to go through that are somewhat difficult to access with a screwdriver. The screws are silver in color (brass would be better), so we had to touch them up with gold paint to make them match. The way the arms and the mounting extensions are affixed causes the unit to need to bend slightly to get it flush with the wall. We wanted to hang ours vertically, which could be an easy design modification by the manufacturer. My husband drilled a hole through one of the metal arms in order to accomplish this. This would be a five-star product with just a few tweaks. It looks like modern art and is much better than having a bulky free-standing coat rack.

The rack is not worth 200. It arrived damaged, it wasn’t properly packed. It toll over 8!weeks for delivery. Not satisfied (
