As mentioned in my customer feedback to Wayfair, overall I was very pleased with the product and the shipping. Looks like a solid piece of furniture once you get it assembled. My only complaint was at the very beginning of the assembly the four TINY screws (marked M) that helped to secure the cross slats (marked B) into the A bases were VERY difficult to screw into the cross slats themselves..
