This review has to do with the KitchenAid coffee maker. The color is Matte Gray. What the HECK!! What kind of company DOES NOT have carafe replacements for their coffee makers I paid a lot of money for this stupid coffee maker. I went to your website to purchase a new carafe after a small hole broke in the carafe not long after we had purchased this machine. The only carafe I was able to purchase that would fit on the warming plate was a Mr. Coffee. Yes I had to purchase a carafe from your competitor. Then my husband had to take the spring out along with another piece so the Mr Coffee carafe would fit. NO I was not able to take it back where I purchased the STUPID KITCHENAID COFFEE MAKER BECAUSE THEY WERE SOLD OUT. They did NOT know when they would have it I stock. I purchased a KitchenAid coffee maker because so many friends highly recommended your product. Then I recently purchased another KitchenAid coffee maker through another company. After making coffee 2 days I returned it because of a popping and cracking noise it made. Then when I lifted the lid there was water that ran down both sides of the machine as well as into where you place the coffee grounds. KitchenAid use to be a product people were happy to have in their homes. It’s a shame KitchenAid doesn’t want to continue having the same reputation as before.
