All Clad is a company I can always rely will give me a superior product. I use this saucier for everything, but with the rounded bottom perimeter, it is best for bechamel, mornay and any cream sauce that requires attentive whisking during the cooking process. It is my go-to saucepan. Highly recommended

The 2 qt. size is great, and has been getting a lot of use in my kitchen.

I have a love hate relationship with this pan. It is a beautiful weight.. not too heavy not too light and cooks beautifully.. These All Clad handles are the worst I’ve ever seen and I’m puzzled that more people don’t complain about them . Very uncomfortable.. I keep moving my hand around trying to figure out the proper way to hold it . They make the pan unbalanced and it actually slips in your hand like it will spill over. I need to put a leather pot handle cover on it to safely pour. I’m only keeping it because there are very few on the market with a lid... which by the way gets very hot and you need a pot holder. A 175 pan should be flawless. Kinda bummed ☹️

Best cookware I’ve ever owned!

I have had this for over 1 year now . It is ok , food sticks to it.
