Fonte émaillée All-Clad, plancha, 11 x 19 po

We bought the All Clad Cast Iron Plancha about 1.5 months ago and have used it only 4 times. We bought this one because it was one of the few griddles we found that was compatible with the All Clad Induction stove and have enjoyed out other All Clad items. However, on the 4th time we used it, it cracked while heating up. The stove wasnt even set very high as it was only set to 7/10. Will be trying to return this item.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the All-Clad enameled cast iron plancha (11” x 19”), and it has quickly become one of my favorite pieces in the kitchen. The large, flat cooking surface is perfect for cooking multiple ingredients at once, veggies, potatoes, breakfast foods and even proteins without overcrowding the pan. Heat distribution is excellent, which is exactly what you expect from cast iron, and it holds heat beautifully for consistent cooking. I especially love the enameled finish. It gives me all the benefits of cast iron without the hassle of seasoning, and cleanup is surprisingly easy. Nothing sticks, and it wipes down effortlessly after cooking. The size is ideal for family meals or batch cooking, and it feels incredibly solid and well made. Overall, this plancha delivers both performance and versatility, and it’s a piece I know I’ll reach for often. Not a good cast iron product I have never had a seasoned cast iron product perform so poorly. Boss enough that I returned it 3 days after buying. The only thing worse that this product is the returns process. They keep 30% even on a product that fails to perform. We own a kitchen full of all-clad items. After they way they handled this return I will not recommend their product.

Works well on the double burner inductiion top range.

The plus: large size, heavy , does not warp, beautiful enameled exterior. The problem: nonstick coating on cooking surface failed immediately, everything sticks badly, very hard to clean that soft sponge and soap can’t do it, and getting rust stains even after wiping dry that shows the coating is failing.
