Really great pans! Probably the nicest I've ever had. Easy to use and clean with even heating. We're a little tough on pans, but even with trying to be careful, they are getting scratched after just a couple years, otherwise it would be 5 stars. We definitely love them!!

The coating started to flake within 6 months. When I reached out to All-Clad on numerous occasions, they never responded. So much for lifetime warranty. I eventually went with another brand. Very, very disappointed.

I purchased for the first time this set as an open box. I did not know what “open box” meant. Two of my tops are bent. Will never purchas open box again. It’s not worth it.
