I have used one of these griddles for years it holds up very well as long as you follow direction. Don’t use sprays in it, you don’t need it. I purchased another one recently because my daughter was complaining about the griddle she was using so, I purchased one for her. She could not believe how much better it was to use. I’m a senior citizen and my daughter is middle age. I’ve had mine for 10 years, worth the investment. Don’t use spray on it, I will use some no salt butter when I cook eggs.

Even heat distribution, so easy to clean, the grooves along the side worked well for keeping grease from just collecting on the cooking surface.
