All-Clad HA1 Expert Cookware, Nonstick Fry Pan, 10 Inch

A beautiful pan! Excellent quality! Very happy with this purchase!

Don't buy these pans. Doesn't hold up, even when using silicon spatulas and sponge to clean. We've only had them for 5 months and there's small scratches all over so now I'm afraid its toxic.

I purchased this pan to replace a prior All-Clad 10-inch nonstick pan the coating of which had completely disintegrated, though after a number of years (can't recall how many). I really like the coating on this pan--so very easy to use and clean. The only thing I don't like is the straight edge at the top--very difficult to scoop out of but after the first try--and food all over the stove--I'm getting the hang of it. (I still have the 8-inch nonstick, purchased at the same time, which is still doing very well. Originally from the Canonsburg PA area, I'm definitely an All-Clad fan.)

Honestly, I love the non stick All Clad cookware. I love cooking with it, but I really hate that it contains toxic materials. I try not to use it much, but it does a great job of cooking most foods.
