[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this roaster for both a Thanksgiving turkey and for roasting tomatoes, and it performed beautifully in both cases. The size is perfect for a large bird, and the included rack kept it elevated for even cooking and crispy skin. The nonstick surface made cleanup incredibly easy and nothing stuck, not even the caramelized bits from the turkey drippings. When I used it for tomatoes, the high sides kept everything contained, and the nonstick finish allowed me to roast them without worrying about sticking or scorching. The pan distributed heat evenly, and the handles felt sturdy and safe when moving it in and out of the oven. This roaster has quickly become one of my go to pans. It’s versatile, easy to clean, and feels like it will last for years. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked that nonstick roasting pan is dishwasher safe and is easy to clean. As far as hand washing, this pan is too large for my double sink and was a bit cumbersome. I like how sturdy both the rack and pan feel, and how the pan has stationary handles (which was something I disliked about my previous roaster). The pan is pretty hefty, so I’ll likely need help with anything heavier than these two chickens that I had roasted in it. This pan seemed to heat fairly evenly, I did have to rotate our chickens at one point to ensure the inner sides were up to temperature. As photographed on the box, I added some vegetables to the pan below the rack. It was awkward to keep the rack positioned flat on the pan after loading the vegetables in though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a SOLID well made roasting pan. She’s very big and heavy (not uncomfortable heavy, but you can tell she will conduct heat well heavy). Cooks beautifully with good even heat. Absolutely a great investment.
