I like these pans a lot, they heat quickly, evenly and have a great non-stick finish (though I seasoned them when we first got them and dry them on the stove top with a little oil immediately after cleaning). That said, there are definite marks from cooking that I hope will fade with more use over time.

Induction cook top makes pan choices difficult. This pan works great. I used it for eggs and it was an excellent experience. Non stick.. easy flip. Over easy done right! Going to order another for my daughter in law.

I love these pans. They are nonstick without all the harmful chemicals.
