Alva Energy 8-inch Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan

This frying pan is wonderful and durable! I have used it almost daily for the past month and it is showing no wear at all. It is easy to clean and my eggs never stick. The handle is very convenient for hanging.

This is a very nice skillet. I really like the stainless steel on the bottom. Somewhat heavier than I am accustomed to. It is oversized and will hold a lot of food. The cleanup was very easy. Fast shipping.

So many pans advertise that they are “non-stick,” but this 11” aluminum frying pan from Alva actually is! This medium size pan is a versatile size and has a nice feel to it. It is perfect for everything from omelets to chicken and could be used for stir-fry as well. It has a “cool touch” handle and is super easy to wipe clean. Hand-washing is recommended for this beauty, but one will not mind since it wipes clean so easily! Price point is a little on the high side, BUT it is a quality pan with a 5 year warranty!

This is a 3 layered non-stick aluminum pan that heats up quickly and cleans easily. I just used a small amount of olive oil when cooking. Instructions explain not to go beyond medium heat. I like that the handle stays cool when using. It is made by a company that has been around for many years and I am hoping that the pan coating also lasts a long time.
