Very fragile. Chipped when it arrived. It went straight into the garbage. Don't waste your money.

Disappointed. I used this ceramic griddle once and it turned black both top and the bottom. It looks like it will break into pieces soon, as there are many little cracks all over the griddle. Definitely not worth the money.
