These are NOT 20 oz. I measured them to hold only 17 Oz total to the very top of the brim. They should be advertised as a child size cereal bowl. If you compare them side by side with the standard bowl that comes in there complete set there is a significant size difference. The plastic lids that come with these are not of the best quality either and will likely not stand the heat of a dishwasher without shrinking.

I ordered these crocks with the hope that they would become my go‑to containers for work lunches, especially for soups, stews and small portions of leftovers. They are exactly as described at twenty ounces, and although I knew that measurement before purchasing, I still found myself wishing they offered just a little more room. The size works, but it feels slightly limiting when I want to pack a heartier serving. Even so, they have a solid, sturdy feel and they clean up easily, which I appreciate on busy evenings when I am trying to get everything ready for the next day. The ceramic bowls themselves wash beautifully, but the plastic lids behave like most plastic lids do and tend to stain when used with tomato‑based soups or sauces. Because of that, I have been avoiding tomato dishes when packing lunches. Where these crocks truly shine is breakfast prep. They are the perfect size for yogurt parfaits layered with fruit and berries, and I love that the set includes four. It allows me to prepare several breakfasts at once and keep them ready in the refrigerator for the week. Even though I wish the bowls were a bit larger, they have already become a helpful part of my routine and I enjoy using them.

Absolutely gorgeous bowls! I can’t wait to cook up a batch of chili in the fall and have these beautiful bowls on display. With a side of crackers, beautiful spoons, it’s going to make chill night fabulous. The quality of these dishes is unmatched.

These are great little bowls, very sturdy, dishwasher, oven and microwave safe. Each bowl has a different attractive design which will complement any open shelving kitchen. They also come with cute ceramic spoons. The plastic lids have a built in steam vent which is great for early prep of soups and broth storage. Just take from the fridge when your ready to smoother with cheese and place under the broiler. Storage and server all in one

This bowl set exceeds my expectations. The size is perfect for serving soups, as advertised, or wonderful for left overs. The individual covers have the microwave heating vents. The spoons are a very classy touch. I highly recommend.
