If you are looking for a large strainer, this is it... it is huge. I easily fits over my sink so I do not have to hold on to it or use another dish. Sadly, the handle takes this rating to one star. It has a piece of wood stained dark brown in the handle and when it gets, even slightly, wet the color comes off leaving coffee colored stains on anything it touches. Very disappointing.
