This manufacturer has very well made, smooth textured pans of excellent quality and weight, which makes for perfect baking and perfect desserts. It was such a treat to find these on Wayfair...I'm so excited to get started with the warm season's fruit desserts!

I love to bake so discovering the Ballarini La Patisserie line of bake ware was a huge treat for me! The nonstick coating allows everything to release so easily and I find that my baked goods cook evenly and thoroughly...so nice to not have gooey centers and overbaked edges. The scalloped edged on this cake pan make for a very pretty presentation.
