[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knife. I've been wanting to get the chance to try out a damascus blade for a long time. This knife did not disappoint. Not only is it one of the sharpest knives that I've ever used, but it's one of the only ones that stays sharp. I've cut up steaks, elk meat, chicken, and pretty much everything else that I've thrown on the grill lately and the blade is still amazing. When it seemed to be losing its edge just a tiny bit, I ran it over my stone a few times and the blade was just a sharp as day one. I can't say enough about this knife and am thrilled that it'll be part of my collection for a long time.

The knife itself is super sharp and easily cut through a block of cheese and sliced pieces without force. Cleaning was a breeze as everything came off without much force though i had to remember to aware because these blades are so sharp if you aren't careful you may cut through the sponge into your hand without a lot of force. Love this knife, it will make preparing food so much easier .
