[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BergHOFF Neo Cast Iron, 11" square grill pan is the ultimate in a durable pan besides being such a stylish design. This came with some really good instructions that I definitely needed. They will help me to use it correctly, to prolong its life, and appearance. This pan, with its raised grill ridges, will definitely be wonderful for grilled sandwiches as well as meats. I love that this is multifunctional in the way that I can use it in the oven as well as on the stovetop. The pour spouts on both side makes it more versatile and easier to drain. It's really nice that this DOES NOT have to be seasoned. This pan is very heavy, a high quality design, and I love the green. I'm looking forward to having this a very long time because I see it being a long lasting and versatile piece of quality cookware.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this complimentary from @influenster for my review and this pan is great. It is extremely heavy because of the cast iron. The grill type bottom made it so my chicken cutlets did not stick. The heat dispersed evenly across the pan to make the perfect golden brown chicken.
