The pan is handy, useful and lives up at all the expectations. Although do be cautious that size is considerably small. The ad features two pans one smaller and one larger, that is quite misleading as it may give a customer a skewed representation of what they're about to get. TLDR: watch for size. otherwise a quality product.

If I see the Berghoff brand, theres no need to do any research. Its a proven quality.

Been using it for few months now. So far, works well. Just make sure the pan is very hot (we still do the water test - when a drop of water floats like a pearl - it is ready for oil and food) before putting oil and food. Primarily, us it to make omelettes. Once you put the oil and agg, reduce the flame , otheriwse, the omelettes will burn/overcook on that side.

ok - big learning curve for me! Beautiful pans and nice and heavy on the bottom for even heat. Once I learn to heat the pan right and add some oil before I cook it should be fine. Berghoff is considered top of the line in quality.
