It easily chops, slices, and minces through meat, vegetables, fruits, and poultry. It is very comfortable to use with its ergonomic handle. It is also easy to take care of. I can see this knife lasting a very long time.

It's high quality stainless steel, has a hollow handle for more hand control, and sharp serrated blade. I like to use it tough skinned fruit and vegetables, of course for breads. Easy to clean and maintain.
