Neo 11" Cast Iron Square Grill Pan, Meringue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BergHOFF Neo Cast Iron Square Grill Pan has been a great addition to our cookware collection. Food cooks evenly and holds heat well. The handle is sturdy and spouts on the sides make it easy to drain grease or liquids. It’s easier to clean than some of my other cast iron pans and I love the Oyster color.

I took it out of the packaging and immediately used it and I swear, these are some of the tastiest potato’s and crab cakes I’ve ever made. The grill marks are perfect that it leaves, I love the color, and it’s strong. Like super well made, not too thick, not too thin. Very well made.

While it is on the heavier side, the helper handle makes it safer and more convenient to maneuver. The pour spouts on each side allow for easy draining of excess liquid. It’s compatible with most heat sources and simple to use once you get accustomed to its weight. I highly recommend it for any cooking enthusiast!
