Sharp looking, and sharp for cutting!

Knife looks, feel and cuts very good, but I'm always concern when a knife maker doesn't disclose the type of metal and hardness rating of their knives.

I am a big fun of small knives because I honestly feel like there are safer and easier to control , it’s just my preference, especially for detailed cutting and quick meal prep . This knife feels comfortable to hold , very sharp , and cuts smoothly through fruits , vegetables, and small ingredients. It is also easy to clean and feels well made . I have been reaching for it a lot lately when preparing lunch or snacks.
