Better Chef 2 Speed Hand Immersion Blender

I’ve gotten a lot of use out of it. It’s super convenient when I’m cooking to just plug it in and purée my sauces, or bisques etc right in the pot rather than pouring hot liquids into ta blender and then transferring them back to the pot. The motor is strong enough that I’ve made homemade mayonnaise with it too. Easy clean up.

I make homemade pasta sauce. It is awesome to blend tomatoes right in the pot. 2 speeds

Has two speeds and blends nicely. Good for nonstick pans.

I have only used this once since I got it and it worked fine. I made sure not to run it continuously because I am not sure if that will affect the motor or not. I put it at 4 stars based on this one use.

It absolutely is a game changer! No more hot soup and blender mishaps. At 75 I thought I didn’t need anymore kitchen equipment. I was so wrong! Love the ease of use and that it makes me feel like a professional chef in my kitchen.
