I bought this believing it was a great value, based on the reviews. I have no idea why people rated it highly. It is indeed attractive, but poorly designed. The crumb tray is nearly impossible to empty, because there is a lip that prevents you from getting the crumbs fully out of the tray. The front handle area gets hot, so it's difficult to open and close when your food is done. The worst thing is the uneven heating. See photo. It burns toast in a racing stripe; if baking, it likewise will burn things in the middle of the tray. You have to babysit it, and turn your item every minute or so. Completely impractical. I would never buy this again.

If you want a perfect French bread pizza...get one of these toaster ovens. I was never wanting one due to counter space. However, this one is so small, but still cooks 2 pizzas easily and perfectly!
