Bon Chef Classic Country French Non-Stick Stainless Steel Stock Pot

Wonderful pan! Very well made. NOTE: We bought the Stainless Steel version of this Classic Country Pan pan (not the yellow or red one).Anyhow, this VERY LARGE 9 quart covered S.Steel pan really should be called a "LARGE SAUTE` PAN" because it is 4 inches high and 15 inches in diameter. It is like a PAELLA type sautee` pan, and not really what I would call a "stock pan" (as the title says). Thus, if you are looking for an extra large (HUGE) and low sautee` pan with a lid that is INDUCTION COOK TOP compatible, then this pan is for you. This pan has 2 helper handles too, which is great since this pan is so heavy. And the heaviness of this pan is actually nice since it will not warp! The lid is also heavy so that it will not warp. I must say that this pan is multi-functional because it can be used as a Frying Pan, or a Sautee` Pan, or as a STIR FRY pan, if you are trying to feed a LARGE CROWD. We bought this pan to cook for a larger crowd, and therefore we chose this 15 inch pan for this purpose. Also, it is VERY HARD to find a sautee` pan in this size. We looked everywhere and this pan was the only one we found that is LARGE, well made, heavy, and from a reputable company. Also, for this size pan (9 quart) , the cost was much less than Tramortina or All-Clad...So that's another PLUS!...WE are very pleased and the packing was AMAZING (double boxed) and it arrived in perfect condition.
