Good weight and I like the flexibility but consider that with the accordion style of the mat, things get caught. It does stain easily. I used hydrogen peroxide and it cleaned most stains. Not for use with cast iron pans

The mat works for a small sink. I would like it if it had a more pronounced spout to release excess water.

Just what I was hoping for. Very flexible dish drying mat and easy to hang up to dry.
