The reason I gave the cutting board a 4 is that when we took the board out of the packaging, the board had a slight bow to it and does not lie straight on the counter. Otherwise, this is a very nice cutting board. One side has a groove for catching cut pieces, and the other side has a ledge to keep cut pieces from going anywhere.

This cutting board is just what I needed to make my various recipes. Per the insert it should not stain or retain food smells. Once the plastic was removed I can feel the non-slip surface on the bottom.

As you can see we already used it for our BBQ. My husband loves the new cutting board. It is the perfect size and the well around the perimeter is deep enough when the meat is very juicy. Another point is that it fits in our dishwasher.

This cutting board is ok. It is warped on one end, and it doesn't sit flat on the counter. The whole point to a cutting board is to have it steady and balanced to chop food. It is sturdy and I can make it work.

I was very impressed with this cutting board. It’s got a groove all around to catch liquids, and it has rubber on the sides to help prevent it from sliding. It has a good weight to it making it sturdier than I expected. The fact that you can use the other side as a tray is a bonus.
