I am sorry I didnt pay attention to the reviews! It came with a 2 12 ft crack down one side and one of the bottom legs has a 2 inch gouge down to the raw wood. Made the mistake of trying to resolve problem via text all that did was raise my blood pressure! Over the phone a resolution to my satisfaction was achieved in a matter of minutes! I have ordered from Wayfair before and have always been more than happy but not with this particular item. Customer Servjce over the phone was fantastic!

First off, Wayfair customer service guy was helpful in resolving our challenges! Kudos to him and really the reason this gets 2 stars. The 1st one we received was demolished! There were holes in the shipping box 1ft in diameter and I wish I were kidding. We probably looked at box for 20 minutes in shock. Upon opening it the top of the canoe had been ripped off, the wine rack was destroyed and was essentially firewood. Additionally, those who packed it stapled cardboard to it....? Why? I immediately called the customer service number and the guy was great! He had a replacement sent out to us and did what he could to help address the packing and shipping challenges. Upon getting the 2nd one, the box had no holes although somewhat beat up, but it didn't seem to cause damage. Upon opening the box, there was a ding at the bottom of one side and on the other the wood had split. Additionally, at the bottom of the wine rack some of the finish was missing at a couple of spots and one of the rack rungs was not nailed in and hanging loose. I looked where it was supposed to connect and it was misnailed! Very disappointing not to mention the delivery people were kind of rude to talk to. They told us it would be delivered on one day and it was delivered a different day. Overall this has been extremely frustrating. I like the shopping experience in working with Wayfair but if you can't get the product here in one piece what difference does it make. I'll probably call them back and see what can be done. The product has the potential to be great if they can construct it better.

I had recently bought a pretty expensive wine rack that had a defect. Wayfair via one of their employees, Bailey, sent me a new one with expedited shipping and allowed me to do as I wish with the prior wine rack. No questions asked and no additional expense to me. I'd highly recommend my family to shop at Wayfair.

Beautiful piece, even nicer then picture. The wood is rustic looking but also very rich in colour. Very sturdy and strong. Love it
