I have used this griddle twice and the coating is coming off rendering this griddle dangerous and useless. I made pancakes on it and used a plastic spatula to flip them. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. It was the only one that I have found that fits my induction stove bridge burners so that part was great.

Used it last night to grill some chicken breast. Put a little olive oil on the griddle and lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken. It was AWESOME! Tinder and moist. Glad I ordered this.
