Brentwood 1000 Watt Electric Single Hot Plate

Advertised as having an automatic safety shutoff. It does not. I called and explained the issue and was told that I must have been sent the wrong item. You requested that I send a photo of the item to insure that I wasn't sent the same item again. Then the exact same item was sent to me again. Instead of offering to find me an item with the feature I needed I was only offered a refund or store credit. Three weeks later I still don't have what I need and will be buying it from somewhere else who actually knows about the things they're selling.
