We hand-washed and dried these knifes after using each time. Yet, after less than 2 months of use (maybe 3 times a week per knife?) the knives are beginning to rust. We are extremely disappointed as we love the knives - they cut well and are comfortable to use. They just rust, even when hand-washed and dried. Don't even know how.

Nice knife set! I bought this, along with the Robert Irvine cutting boards, for my RV. The handles are not real wood, but I really love the soft silicone feeling of them.

I should’ve listened to my husband and purchased the block set of knives. Putting the knives in their sleeves is dangerous! The sleeves are poorly made.
