Was nervous about purchasing due to the cost and no reviews had been posted yet - very very happy with my purchase. Very nice weight. The guidelines said to hand wash and dry immediately - I have been putting in the dishwasher and they continue to come out looking fine ( have only washed 6-8 times so far) I was worried about the knives as the sharp cutting edge only goes about half as far as my previous table knives - but this has not been a problem either when cutting proteins or cooked veggies. Love that they have a unique look to them
