This is a very high end well made pan. It is a medium weight pan with a great balance. The Stainless Steel is stunning and a stainless steel pan having a non stick service. The company in very proud of the product and give great material on aspects of the pan including history and maintaining this great kitchen tool.

Chantal is notorious for its fine cookware. I haven’t used this one yet, but I only expect to have the same experience as with my other pans. With respect to the pan, I have to say the handle seems extremely long so it may be difficult to use multiple eyes on the stove when using this pan. Also, I didn’t expect the pan to have the nonstick finish on the interior so that was a nice surprise. Lastly, Chantal needs to work on sustainability in packaging, or perhaps this was repackaged. Let’s just say I felt bad for the environment given the extreme packaging of this item. Just sharing this in case someone cares to know. I will update after I use this skillet.

Packed in a box within a box very carefully. Environmentalists wouldn’t be pleased, but it arrived in perfect condition. This pan heats evenly, works on my induction cooktop and wipes clean easily. It is not oven safe, but this type of pan never is. And best of all, eggs and cheese don’t stick at all.

Nice heavy skillet. Very well made and looks great too. This will be quite useful snd used a lot since hubby cooks too. Glad that it’s a non-stick skillet which makes clean up a whole lot easier. Perfect size.
